Zorelium S.R.L. is a limited liability company incorporated in 2026 in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, registered in the Commercial Registry under No. 178945SD, with tax ID (RNC) 1-32-98765-4 and registered as a crowdfunding platform with the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SIMV) under No. SIMV-2026-0034.
3. Use of the site
The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, morality and good customs, refraining from carrying out activities that may damage the site, its services or the rights of third parties.
4. Nature of the information
The information published on zorelium.com is for informational purposes only and does not constitute personalised financial, legal or tax advice. Any investment decision must be made by the user under their own responsibility, evaluating their profile and goals.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application will be submitted to the competent courts of the Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
